The Product Designer Removal

We hope this message finds you well. We wanted to inform you about an upcoming change regarding our product offerings. As of April 6, 2024, we will be removing the Product Designer feature from our website. This feature allowed customers to add their own designs to clothing items and mugs.

While we understand that this feature provided a level of customization and creativity, we have found that it is not often used by our customers. After careful consideration and analysis of usage data, we have made the decision to remove the Product Designer feature from our platform.

Please rest assured that this decision is not permanent, and we remain committed to exploring ways to improve and enhance your experience with SanlaDesigns in the future. While we may be removing the product designer feature for now, we are constantly evaluating new options that may allow us to reintroduce this feature in a more user-friendly and efficient manner.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding and support as we make this transition. Please note that any orders placed before April 6, 2024, using the Product Designer feature will still be fulfilled as usual.

While we are removing the Product Designer feature for now, we may explore reintroducing it in the future if there is sufficient demand from our customers. In the meantime, we encourage you to explore our wide range of pre-designed products, including clothing mugs, and more.
